CCC Bolts Registration & Selection Process for Season 2 2023
Timeline
- Club registration open – Monday 8th May 2023
- Club registration closes – Sunday 21st May 2023
- Teams are selected (coaches) – June 2023
- VNA membership (Netball Victoria insurance) - January 2023
- Training commences (date to be advised by coach) – July 2023
- Games commence – Saturday 22nd July

1. Players to register and pay online here.
2. Players registering after 22nd May 2023 will be placed on a waiting list and will be put in a team if/or a place becomes available.
3. Any queries regarding the registration process should be directed via email to netball@chelt.com.au and will be responded to within 3 business days.
4. Training days & times will be confirmed via CCC Bolts Netball Coordinator by the end of June 2023.
5. Team selections commence when the registration process is closed, in conjunction with volunteer coaches and the CCC Bolts Netball Coordinator.

information to be considered before registering with ccc bolts netball club
1. The cut-off date for age limits for the 2023 Season 2 is 31st December 2023. Therefore, your child must be that age or under to qualify for the following age groups: 11&u, 13&u, 15&u, 18&u. To be eligible for NetSetGO competition children need to be 8 or turning 8 in 2023. This is a Kingston District Netball Association policy.
2. Competition games are played on Saturdays at Dales Park South Oakleigh on Warrigal Road.
3. It is expected that all players will be available and attend all training session with their volunteer coach. A team is only a team with all players.
4. Once your child is registered, they will be placed in a team with CCC Bolts Netball Club if there are enough players to make a team, as according to the guidelines. There are no guarantees as to which team they will be placed in.

If withdrawal from a player registration is made prior to team selections, CCC will refund any fees paid, less an administration fee of $20. Fees cannot be refunded when the withdrawal is after team selections. In the event that a player cannot be placed in a team with CCC Bolts Netball Club a full refund will be paid.
