It is our responsibility to always think of the service user, to know or to find out what they need and deliver it to them in the way they need it delivered. Recognising that the strength of CCC is dependent on our capabilities, we are expected to use our training, experience and background to do the very best job we can. We will always be learning, growing and teaching others so that the competency level of CCC is constantly improving.
