ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE & LITERACY PROGRAMS
CCC offers three English as a Second Language (ESL) levels which follow the Certificates in Spoken & Written English
ESL Computers - Ideal for ESL students who would like to develop their existing computer and Internet skills.
Language for Living - A series of workshops that encourage learning through a range of practical activities. • Certificates in General Education for Adults - Practical courses designed to assist participants in improving and developing functional reading, writing, numeracy and computer skills.
Literacy for Living - a program for mildly intellectually disabled adults promoting literacy and numeracy skills for practical and social purposes.

Ready for Work?
This is a hands-on and supportive course which will gives students the confidence to make choices concerning future directions in employment or further study. The course covers personal development, assertive communication skills, computer skills, career planning and preparation for employment or further studies.
Food Safety for Food Handlers
An accredited course essential for those involved in handling, preparing and serving food.
Reception and Basic Office Skills
Gain receptionist & general office skills including telephone & switchboard. Improve your confidence & job search techniques.
Bookkeeping
An introductory class covering the basics of bookkeeping (an ideal preparation course for students interested in studying MYOB).
